Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.

How to exercise it

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (e.g. an email or written notice) of your decision to withdraw, to:

Immediate commencement of services

At checkout you may expressly request that we begin work before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If you do:

  • Before your first consultation or any substantive work begins, you may cancel and request a refund. Any third-party costs already incurred are deducted from the refund.
  • After work has begun, you must pay for the services already performed.
  • Once the service has been fully performed, the statutory withdrawal right expires.

See AGB §8 for the full immediate-commencement and cancellation terms.

Business customers

Customers acting in a commercial, freelance, self-employed, or business capacity within the meaning of § 14 BGB are not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing (AGB §9).
